Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi-Site Property Manager based in Staunton VA. The position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties managing budgets supervising on-site staff addressing tenant concerns ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing strategies for property improvements and tenant satisfaction. The role also includes fostering positive relationships with tenants and ensuring the overall success of property management operations.
Qualifications
- Property management multi-site supervision and facilities management skills
- Proficiency in budgeting financial reporting and business operations
- Tenant relations conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- Knowledge of local state and federal housing regulations
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) are a plus
