Job Description
Overview
This role is responsible for the development monitoring and control of project schedules related to BHS ensuring alignment with the overall Master Programme. The Planning Engineer plays a key role in progress tracking delay analysis and integrating time and cost data for effective project delivery.
Your role
- Provide administrative documentation and logistical support to the PMC BHS team.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and document registers for BHS-related correspondence submissions and approvals.
- Track incoming and outgoing communications including transmittals RFI logs submittal logs and meeting minutes.
- Assist in arranging meetings site visits workshops and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support in the formatting proofreading and compilation of periodic reports and presentation decks.
- Liaise with MAHBs administrative units for HR coordination access pass applications and logistics arrangements.
About you
- Document Register and Correspondence Tracking Logs.
- Monthly Report Compilation Files and Archive Backup.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Planning & Governance is required.
