We need you for the position of

Team Leader Marketing Communication

The Job

In this role you will lead and coach a small agile MarCom team (currently 3 members) and drive strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.

This role requires a blend of leadership strategic thinking and hands-on execution ensuring impactful communication to system architects product managers technology leaders and business executives.

You will also act as the bridge to the corporate marketing function representing our divisions needs and initiatives within the broader organization.

Your Mission

Team Leadership

Lead mentor and develop a team of 3 marketing professionals.

Foster collaboration creativity and accountability within the team.

Balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.

Strategic Marketing Communications

Define and implement MarCom strategies aligned with divisional growth objectives.

Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Collaborate with product management business development and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies.

Hands-On Execution

Contribute to content development campaign planning and event support when needed.

Oversee trade show participation advertising social media and PR initiatives.

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Corporate Liaison

Represent the division in corporate marketing forums.

Align divisional initiatives with global brand guidelines and campaigns.

Performance & Reporting

Track KPIs analyze campaign effectiveness and report insights.

Manage budgets and optimize resources for maximum impact.

Your Qualifications

You have a masters degree in Marketing Communications or related field.

You have 5 years of experience in marketing communications including leadership experience.

A strong understanding of B2B marketing in technology-driven industries is necessary preferably in GNSS automation robotics or related sector.

You have excellent communication organizational and project management skills.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment is a strong asset.

Above all you are a creative mind with an eye for details and a strong capacity to drive a long-term vision and strategy.
