Job Summary
Education: A Bachelor degree/Diploma in (Civil /Mechanical) Engineering or a closely
related technical field is required.
Experience: The candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable
experience specifically in façade design.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CAD software is essential coupled with a strong
knowledge of various façade materials and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
Design Development & Documentation:
o Develop façade designs and conceptual proposals in strict accordance with project
requirements.
o Prepare and deliver precise detailed technical drawings and specifications for
various façade systems.
Compliance & Technical Review:
o Ensure all design outputs are in full compliance with local building codes industry
standards and regulatory requirements.
o Conduct thorough reviews and interpretations of architectural plans and
engineering specifications to ensure design feasibility.
Project Coordination & Support:
o Collaborate with project teams and clients to systematically address and resolve any
design-related issues.
o Provide technical support to sales and installation teams as required.
o Oversee project execution on-site to ensure strict adherence to the design intent.
Quality & Performance:
o Perform quality control checks and performance assessments of façade systems to
guarantee compliance with company standards.
o Assist in value engineering exercises to identify and propose cost-effective design
solutions.
