Job Summary

Perform routine installation configuration and maintenance of computer systems servers networking equipment and peripheral devices.
Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Support end-users with technical assistance including onboarding system access and application support.
Conduct regular system checks updates and security patches to ensure system integrity and compliance.
Assist in the deployment and management of IT assets including tracking inventory and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and support system upgrades.
Document technical issues resolutions and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols data security standards and company IT policies.
Provide first-level technical support and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electronics Information Technology or a related field.
25 years of hands-on experience in technical support system maintenance or a similar role within a technology environment.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing desktops laptops printers and mobile devices.
Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs) and experience with basic network configuration.
Familiarity with operating systems including Windows Linux and macOS.
Experience with remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer Remote Desktop) and ticketing systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection policies.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
