Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Counsellor to join our team. You will provide high-quality client-centered counselling conduct psychosocial and risk assessments deliver targeted interventions coordinate care and connect clients with community resources to support their overall well-being.

Located in Northam

Day to day!

  • Provide individual and group counselling treatments addressing a wide range of psychosocial issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement personalized care and intervention plans including crisis support.
  • Coordinate with external health providers.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.

This full-time role offers flexibility including the option to work up to one day per fortnight from home. Were also open to a job-share arrangement with two part-time Counsellors.

 

Lets talk about you! 

As a minimum degree-qualified Counsellor registered with ACA & PACFA you bring experience delivering counselling across a range of therapeutic modalities including those supporting mental health trauma addictions and family dynamics.

You communicate with empathy collaborate effectively and consistently prioritise person-centred ethical care.
