- Develop a Knowledge Management and Learning Strategy.
- Lead the design implementation and management of the programs learning agenda and knowledge management systems.
- Advise the Horti-LIFE Green growth project on a possible learning platform.
- Facilitating reflection sessions learning cycles and the development of knowledge products and learning insights.
- Based on a learning needs analysis provide capacity strengthening support to the the Horti-LIFE Green Growth teams on effective knowledge management and learning approaches use of tools and devices and quality improvement.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
Masters or bachelors Degree in knowledge management international development development studies Economics or a related field.
- Experience in capturing the knowledge of agricultural related projects preferably with a horticultural focus.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in learning accountability knowledge management within development programs.
- Strong skills in facilitating learning processes producing knowledge products and leading reflection and adaptive learning activities.
- Experience in developing and implementing learning agendas and tools in alignment with a Theory of Change.
- Excellent writing communication facilitation and analytical skills with proficiency in using digital platforms for documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Experience in working with value chain development agribusiness development and PURE related projects
- Experience in working in international and national organizations (public and private)
- Experience and knowledge in digital technologies
- Fluency in English is required and preferably fluent in local languages in the southern regions.
