Job Summary

The lead HR for a small site/functional area ensuring necessary HR services across a range of areas (e.g. recruitment performance management reward and benefits and employee relations) are undertaken to effectively support the business/function. Applies existing knowledge to signal propose and implement solutions in a clearly defined context. Works in a relatively defined internal environment of medium complexity. Is involved in common tactical issues and processes in (local) HR/business.

As the People Advisory Partner you will be responsible in providingsecond lineHR advisory support to managers on employee relations and people management while also owning the local execution of organisational change initiatives.

Your goal / purpose will be to ensure that enterpriseand sector / practice grouppeoplepriorities are embedded effectively risks are managed and managers are equipped to lead their teams through transition.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the local implementation of people change initiatives (e.g. organisational design changes performance frameworks engagement programmes).

  • Partner with managers to ensure change plans are understood cascaded and embedded.

  • Manage complex ER cases (disciplinary grievance performance absence capability).

  • Providestructured advice to managers on policy interpretation and application.

  • Escalatehighriskorprecedentsettingcases to Regional/Country Advisory Lead.

  • Ensure case handling and change delivery are consistent compliant andwelldocumented.

  • Act as the bridge between enterprise frameworks and local execution ensuringjoinedupdelivery with Business Partners COEs and People Operations.

Requirements for the role:

  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR practices

  • Experience in HR advisory or employee relations role

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing organisational change at local level

  • Case management experienceand experience in a global matrixed organisation

  • Clear communicator able to simplify complexity and reinforce change messages
