必須要件 / Candidate Specification & Key Selection Criteria

Fluent Japanese and English communication skills (written verbal presentation).
FM領域での3年以上かつPM領域での3年以上の実務経験ビルサービスクリティカルファシリティを含む
Minimum 3 years practical experience each in FM and PM (including building services critical facilities).

Experience in managing project budgets schedules and cost controls.

Experience working in matrix organizations and managing vendors/suppliers.
