Job Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving room revenue and total hotel revenue through Japan-based inbound travel agencies tour operators and DMCs managing both Group and FIT segments. This role builds strategic partnerships negotiates commercial agreements executes sales action plans and ensures strong account management to grow market share for Fairmont Tokyo in Japans inbound travel trade.

Qualifications :
More than 3 years of hotel sales experience (luxury/upscale preferred) with direct exposure to inbound travel agencies in Japan
Proven track record in driving FIT and/or group production

- English: Business level (email calls negotiations)

- Strong understanding of Japan inbound travel trade (wholesalers DMCs tour operators FIT distribution)
