Job Summary

Are you a travel enthusiast who speaks German Imagine building your career on the beautiful island of Malta working for one of the worlds most recognized airlines. We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who are ready to help passengers navigate the globe while enjoying life in the Mediterranean.

Your Role in the Skies (from the Ground): As the voice of the airline youll be the go-to person for passengers across the German market.

Passenger Support: Assist customers via phone and email with flight bookings cancellations and travel inquiries.
Problem Solver: Take ownership of passenger queries ensuring every traveler gets accurate information and a timely resolution.
Relationship Builder: Provide friendly professional and courteous service that reflects the airlines premium standards.
Tech Navigation: Walk customers through complex booking procedures and troubleshoot basic app or connectivity issues.

What Were Looking For:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (C1/C2) and a solid command of English (B2).
Communication: A natural talent for making people feel valued and supported.
Tech Savvy: Confidence using digital systems and booking tools.
Eligibility: EU Citizenship or a valid residence permit for Malta.
