Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 18:30 (8h/day)
About the Role
Join a fast-paced airline contact centre and become the first point of contact for customers across phone email chat and social media. As a German-Speaking Contact Centre Agent you will provide outstanding customer service assist with airline services and maintain accurate records. This full-time role offers career growth comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the airline industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone chat email and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate courteous and solution-oriented support for all airline services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with your team to meet performance targets and continuously improve service quality.
- Develop expertise in airline products services and internal systems.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) both written and spoken.
- Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
- Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel).
- Typing speed: minimum 25 WPM.
- Team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Progression:
- 1st month (Training & Practice): 5.60/hour
- 2nd month: 8.10/hour
- Post-probation: 8.50/hour
- After 12 months: 8.75/hour (performance-based)
- After 18 months: 9.20/hour (performance-based)
- Additional Benefits:
- German Language Allowance: 250/month (post-training)
- Performance Bonus: up to 2000/year (pro-rated monthly after 6 months)
