German-Speaking Contact Centre Agent Malta (Relocation Support)
An exciting opportunity to join an international team in Malta offering a stable role structured salary growth and strong additional bonuses.
Your Role:
Youll handle customer inquiries in German providing high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience in a professional contact centre environment.
Salary & Benefits:
5.60/hour (Month 1)
8.10/hour (Month 2)
8.50/hour after probation
Up to 9.20/hour over time (performance-based)
Additional earnings:
250/month language bonus
Up to 2000/year performance bonus
2000 relocation allowance
Total compensation increases significantly after the first months
Working Hours:
Monday Friday
Between 09:00 18:30 (8-hour shifts)
No weekend work
Location:
On-site in Malta (relocation required)
Requirements:
German (C2 level)
English (C1 level)
Strong communication skills
