Job Summary:
The Accountant is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations of the electronics business. This role handles invoicing data entry AR/AP and QuickBooks records and supports the accounting team to ensure accurate financial information.
Main Responsibilities:
- Issue sales invoices and record transactions
- Perform accurate accounting data entry
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Use QuickBooks for daily accounting records
- Prepare basic reports using Excel
- Maintain and file accounting documents
- Support other accounting tasks as assigned
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized
