Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

Key responsibilities:

• Support data-driven analysis to inform business operational and commercial decision-making across the Takealot Group.
  
  
• Assist in collecting cleaning analysing and interpreting large datasets related to customer behaviour operations finance or performance metrics.
  
  
• Prepare reports dashboards and presentations using Excel Google Sheets and internal analytics tools.
  
  
• Support modelling forecasting and scenario analysis to solve business problems and improve efficiency.
  
  
• Assist with identifying trends risks and opportunities through statistical and quantitative analysis.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Product Operations Finance and Commercial teams.
  
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing processes and proposing data-backed solutions.

This is a contract position
