DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Complete the corresponding compliance checks in accordance with international trade regulations to confirm the order and logistics information.
Be responsible for the arrangement of production plans and the shipment of products.
Be responsible for improving OTD and reducing the number of delayed shipments.
Arrange shipments in a timely manner determine the most optimized transportation method and reduce costs.
Maintain the ERP system to ensure that the accounts match the physical inventory.
Complete the packaging in a timely manner according to the requirements of the system ERP. The weight and size of the packaging entered in the system should be consistent with the actual product.
Check the packaging and shipping order package and ship according to priority and ensure that the logistics and documents match.
Who You Are:
For This Role You Will Need:
- College degree or above or rich experience in logistics warehouses.
Good English reading and writing skills.
Proficient in using Office software especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Logistics experience
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written english able to read and translate english document.
Good computer operation communication skills.
