Assembly Production Operator -Shanghai China
Full time position based in Shanghai China
Were looking for anAssembly Production Operatorto join our International Office in Shanghai tosupport the careful encapsulation of collectibles. This is an entry-level positionno prior experience in a production environment necessaryand a great opportunity to start a career with a growing company in the collectibles industry.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION OPERATOR:
- Handle raw collectible products with precision and care in preparation for encapsulation
- Operate electronic and manual equipment to perform multi-step encapsulation processes
- Follow detailed production procedures and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor production materials and finished products to identify any issues or defects
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any workflow challenges or quality concerns
- Support in additional production tasks as needed based on business demand
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 12 years of consistent work experience in any field is preferred; prior experience in a production or operations environment is not required
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate materials with care
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production-driven environment
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Availability to work overtime hours as needed
