In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Clean and maintains machine tooling and parts to maintain equipment in optimal production condition清洁维护机床和工具在最优工作条件
每人每班需要同时操作两台或以上机床并保质保量完成生产任务
Works safety to prevent on the job injuries following all safety regulations
遵守安全规则安全工作避免受伤
Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability
检查刀具是否需要更换
Observes machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machiningusing precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial machine to control part process.
使用卡尺千分尺等检具测量加工件并调整机床刀补确保加工尺寸在公差范围内
Inspectsfirst partconsults with quality assuranceand inspect work pieces throughout the production runfor out of tolerance maching.
和品检一起首件检查和规定检验频率检查确保加工尺寸在公差范围内
Exercises special care to ensure the machine is running correctly as damage to a machine may be costly.

Who You Are:

Major in mechanical production or CNC machine
技校毕业或以上学历机械生产或机加工专业
Operating CNC machine min 3 years

3年以上机加工操作经验

For This Role You Will Need:

Ability of understanding drawing
