Job Summary
豆粕入库管理
- - 提前与生产车间对接确认当日豆粕的生产批次产量等信息备好入库所需的台账仓位
- - 查看入库豆粕外观是否结块异色异味记录每批次的生产时间和仓储库位异常情况立即反馈车间及上级领导
豆粕发货管理
- - 依据销售出库单或调拨单核实提货单位车辆信息严格按照先进先出原则安排备货
- - 监督装车过程核对出库豆粕的数量批次防止错发漏发监督装卸人员轻装避免运输途中出现质量问题同时做好装车记录
- - 完成发货后及时在系统中核销库存更新出库台账留存相关单据归档
豆粕在库管理
- - 定期开展库存盘点包括日常循环盘点与月度季度全盘核对实物库存与系统台账纸质账本数据一致性差异部分及时查明原因并上报处理
- - 做好仓储设施维护严格执行仓库安全管理制度严禁明火违规用电防范火灾霉变等风险
单据与数据管理
-妥善保管豆粕生产入库单检验记录出库单盘点表等各类单据按规范分类归档保证单据可追溯
- 按时上报豆粕库存报表收发存明细为生产销售部门提供准确的库存数据支持 协同沟通
做好生产销售司机船方及装卸团队做好现场协调有效协调出入库过程中存在的问题
