What you will do in this role:

Responsible for the operation of a grouping of contract therapy locations

Plans directs coordinates and supervises all program activities in the area to ensure that company and client goals are met

Demonstrate accountability for and contribution to company-wide program development quality improvement problem solving productivity enhancement and profitability in a cross departmental and interdisciplinary environment

Develop facility/unit operating and capital budget with client institution for market

Monitor referral/admission process across market

Ensures each assigned facility/unit within market has a comprehensive quality management program

Accountable for carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with Lifepoint Health CORE values

Qualifications:

At a minimum be a graduate of a bachelors degree program in a health related business public relations or human services area of concentration

If clinical must possess a current license to practice as required by the state

o Equivalent combination of education training and experience may substitute for education requirements

A track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary; multi-site supervision experience is desirable

Provision of own transportation is necessary

Computer and current technology competence
