Position Summary:
Provide knowledge leadership and management to service assigned projects safely profitably and in accordance with the contract documents. Plan coordinate and schedule personnel materials and equipment necessary to maintain assigned accounts in good working order and sound condition.
Hiring Requirements:
- A bachelors degree or advanced technical training in the earth or environmental sciences and/or the appropriate water and/or wastewater treatment licenses as required.
- Must have a MA Grade 5C or higher license understanding of MA DEP regulations and experience leading a dynamic team of operators.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of direct experience in the management of water and/or wastewater systems is required.
- In-depth knowledge of water and/or wastewater treatment operations along with demonstrated managerial background in the water and/or water treatment industries. Must have the demonstrated ability to recognize water and waste water treatment issues and provide sound solutions thereto.
- OSHA 10 General Industry Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
- Possess or obtain/maintain DOT medical card and pass pre-employment requirements (drug screen criminal background check driving record etc.).
- Valid U.S. Drivers License
