Job Description
As a Senior Strategy Analyst in our EMEA Sport Strategy team you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Sports and Sportswear business. Youll support strategic reviews drive high-impact projects and provide actionable insights that influence key decisions. Working closely with senior Sport leaders and cross-functional teams youll act as a trusted thought partner to unlock growth opportunities and ensure alignment with our long-term vision. To succeed in this role you bring a pragmatic results-oriented mindset strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders across all levels.
What You Will Work On
- Support the annual corporate strategic review process delivering structure insights and recommendations that shape the long-term direction of our Sports and Sportswear business in EMEA.
- Drive impactful strategic projects to drive profitable growth differentiation and operational excellence for our EMEA business.
- Support the quarterly business review process assessing progress against strategic priorities and financial targets.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior Sport leaders to inform day-to-day decision-making.
Who You Will Work With
- You will report directly to the Sport Strategy Director EMEA and collaborate closely with the Sport Strategy team.
- You will partner with your Strategy teammates and cross-functional Sport leadership teams to identify and unlock strategic growth opportunities.
- You will work in a highly collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and innovative thinking.

- Minimum of 23 years of professional experience in strategy roles and/or within the sports retail or consumer goods industry; prior experience in strategy consulting strongly preferred
