Department and Role
The Hogan Lovells disputes practice in London is market-leading recognised as a Band 1 practice by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 across multiple categories including Commercial and Corporate Litigation Fraud: Civil and Product Liability: Mainly Defendant.
Our clients span a wide range of industry sectors and geographies and we advise on a wide range of disputes which extend from investigations through litigation to arbitration and employment disputes. Invariably these cases are complex high value and often cross-border in nature. A feature of many of these cases is the need for us assist and advise our clients on preserving collecting processing reviewing and disclosing large volumes of documents. As a result we are looking to recruit a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to provide dedicated specialist support to the practice when handling all aspects of the disclosure lifecycle.
The role will be a dynamic one with significant scope for self-starting and initiative. It will involve working across teams and in a wide variety of contexts but the focus will be the conduct of substantial document retrieval and review exercises which will often but not always conclude with a disclosure process.
