This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. You willbe leading thedelivery onthe most strategically important business changeprojects ensuringrealisationof strategicobjectivesand benefits within anagreed timescale and cost. You will collaborate withSMEsacross the businessfrom all part of the project lifecycleproviding structureleadership innovation andexpertise.
Whatyoullbe doing
Lead and manage key initiativesagainst definedobjectivesand benefits as a trusted partner to senior business sponsors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto ensure deliveryof initiativesto timecostand quality.
Take initiatives through the project Lifecyle from initiation business case delivery andclose down.
Work as part of a widerProgrammeteam with specialties in change management PMOand moredependent on initiative.
Coach and mentor members of the project analyst and project manager community providingexpert advice and guidance.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and systems
Whatwerelooking for
Recognisedproject management qualification (Prince 2 MSP orAPM)
Experienced project managerwithhistoryoflarge scaletransformation delivery.
Experience with Operatingmodel developmentbusiness case developmentand RAID Management.
Good communication negotiation and people skills effective communicator at all levels and active listening
