Job Summary
The Rehancement Group Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Research Analyst who independently performs operations research and analytical modeling in support of readiness logistics and sustainment objectives.
Location: Onsite at NAS Patuxent River MD
Hours: 0800 to 1630 Monday - Friday. Some supported government offices start as early as 0600/0630 and end as late as 1800 Monday - Friday
Clearance: Ability to successfully obtain a NACI
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Employment Type: Full-Time
Client: U.S. Navy Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC)

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply optimization simulation and statistical methods
- Analyze maintenance supply chain operational and cost data
- Develop analytical models simulations and dashboards
- Support readiness assessments and COA development
Technology & Systems Familiarity

- AMSRR

- MDAT
- REMIS
- LIMS-EV
- MAL-EIT (EPUK NGBMS LPT)
- Readiness dashboards modeling tools and enterprise data warehouses
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelors Degree in Operations Research Applied Mathematics or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes governance documentation and formal reports.
- Strong writing analytical communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams).
- Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River MD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting DOD Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
- Secret Clearance
