Inviting applications for the role of Wellness Manager
Wellness Research & Engagement Manager will drive the wellness research end-to-end under the leadership of global resilience leader of Trust & Safety. He/ she/they will outline plan and facilitate wellbeing overall engament roadmap activities and programs as per the client and employee base requirements and monitor the results of the research to ensure their effectiveness and relevance in collaboration with global leader.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with the global well-being lead manage and drive well-being initiatives and engagement activities for the targeted employee base and handhold team on-site at Hyderabad.
Lead the design implementation and continuous improvement of regional wellbeing initiatives. Ensure alignment with global Wellbeing strategy while addressing local needs and employee feedback.
Support ad-hoc Wellbeing projects employee engagement activities and organizational wellbeing campaigns. Remain agile in responding to emerging needs or crisis situations.
In collaboration with the Global Wellbeing leader plans conducts and analyzes headcount from all sites to work on global wellbeing operations.
Track Wellbeing program performance through KPIs surveys and feedback mechanisms. Regularly assess impact and recommend improvements based on insights.
Builds and collates global reports as per requirement which would require through understanding of quantitative analysis and Microsoft knowledge (Excel. PowerPoint etc.).
Regularly plan checks and reports for compliance to operations for proper benchmarking of processes.
Supervises Wellbeing Coordinator & counselors to float appropriate wellbeing/ engagement activities. Conduct regular check-ins and foster professional development.
Prepare/implement and tracks budgets for wellness activities globally.


Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders (Operations HR Legal Facilities etc.) and coordinate floating various initiatives.
Develop coordinate build wellbeing research for trust & safety to showcase wellbeing impact.
Overview wellbeing and engagement initiatives (MBR & QBR etc.) with Account specific internal stakeholders.
Ability to write white papers and case studies with data collection data analysis (qualitative as well) and support AVP for onsite research.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in Psychology with specialization in Clinical/Health/ Organizational/ Counselling Psychology.
Research experience with a capacity to conduct independent data analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
Knowledge of Microsoft word processing (Microsoft word Excel Power point)
Relevant years of Work/training Experience in relevant field.
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Added educational qualification certification or training in a specialized field
Research publications
Experience in Trust & Safety or content moderation environments.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care crisis response and occupational health standards.
