What you will be in charge of:
Communication with customers internal and external
Managing and maintaining customer data (Customer Master Data)
Building long-term relationships with customers
End-to-end delivery coordination from order to delivery
Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data in the system
Updating price lists according to contractual documentation
Recording completion and archiving of business cases
Cooperation with the sales department warehouse accounting department and other teams
Creating forecasts in cooperation with trade and supply chain
Inventory of stock and devices in assets and consignment warehouses
Conducting regular internal controls
Preparation of clear reports for trade
Leading a customer service team and regularly evaluating its performance
What we expect from you:
Min. secondary education
User-level English (ability to read and write emails work with systems)
Experience with SAP (with Hanas advantage)
Experience in a similar position experience in leading a smaller team
Flexibility reliability ability to solve problems independently
Excellent organizational and communication skills
