Job Summary
ESY Coordinator is responsible for working with the Special Education Coordinator/OOD Coordinator in fulfilling all aspects of the development and implementation of the 2026 ESY include (but are not limited to) :Training Special Education Coordinator in the following:Hiring and assigning staffStudent enrollmentStudent transportation Parent communicationWorks collaboratively with the building-based administration prior to and during ESYOnsite daily as the Special Education Administrator for ESY for the duration of the programActs as conduit between parents and ESY teachers as appropriateSupports behavioral and instructional needs as necessaryAll other necessary facets of the development and implementation of the Extended School Year Program as identified by the Director of Special Education.
