Implement company pricing guidelines and ensure compliance.
Manage fertility clinics hospitals and ART centers across Greater Madrid and Central Spain.
Build strong long-term relationships with decision-makers and clinical staff to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Co-develop and execute account plans with clear objectives timelines and measurable outcomes.
Maintain existing revenue streams while driving penetration of new products and solutions within accounts.
Sales Discipline:
Apply structured sales methodologies to manage pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and CRM data integrity.
Implement sales excellence initiatives including funnel management and new product roll-outs.
Spend 80% of time in the field visiting clinics and hospitals to strengthen relationships and fine-tune sales approach.

Required qualifications:
Education
College degree in Business Life Sciences or related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience
5 years in direct sales or account management within healthcare or life sciences.
Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Experience with medical devices and/or Biotech is an advantage.
Experience in IVF/ART industry or genetics is a strong advantagebut not a prerequisite.
Skills
Excellent selling and closing skills.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Scientifically interested.
