YOUR DAY AS A SOFTWARE INTEGRATION PROJECT LEAD

As our Software Integration Project Lead you play a vital role in helping our customers streamline their business processes by integrating employee information with their other this position youre responsible for managing the full lifecycle of integration projects from evaluation to documentation and support. You work closely with various teams including partners vendors and our engineering team to ensure the success of each integration.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Bachelors degree
Experience producing software scope/specification documentation
Conversant in software development and different integration technologies
Ability to motivate teams

Experience with HCM or SQL Server would be a plus! You will need to be both strategic and detail-oriented with strong listening and communication skills. Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members is critical as is your ability to provide constructive feedback to promote product development.
