Our customers rely on our HCM solution as their central repository for employee information and were looking for a skilled professional to help them streamline their business processes by integrating this information with their other systems.

As our Integration Project Manager you are responsible for the full lifecycle of integration projects from evaluation and prioritization to documentation and support. You work closely with partners vendors and our engineering team to ensure that all integrations are successful and sustainable and you collaborate with customers and support teams to verify that everything is working as expected. You feel great knowing you fill such a vital role in our company!

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU

Youll need to have a strategic mindset coupled with a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role youll also need to be an exceptional communicator with superior listening and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to understand the communication styles of team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. Additionally youll need to be able to motivate teams and build strong working relationships.

The knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Bachelors degree
Experience producing software scope/specification documentation
Conversant in software development and different integration technologies

Experience with HCM or SQL Server would be a plus!
