In 2023 Romeo grew tired of the same annual headache: chasing receipts and invoices across email threads for his software development agency just to get accounting done. As a builder and AI enthusiast the first tool he built for himself quickly turned into something bigger.

From day one the idea was clear: with AI agents boring financial admin and bookkeeping should become invisible handled quietly in the background without manual effort.

In 2024 after a small angel round Luigi joined as a co-founder to structure growth and scale. Together we move fast stay practical and care deeply about what and how we build it.
