Our fast-growing client in Antioch TN is seeking a Controller to oversee financial operations and support continued company growth. This is a hands-on and detail-oriented position ideal for someone with a background in distribution and excellent knowledge of NetSuite ERP.

As the company expands in annual revenue it seeks a hands-on Controller to strengthen financial operations improve reporting accuracy and support continued growth.

Controller Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll and Commissions
Manage bank reconciliations daily cash management and cash flow forecasting
Ensure accurate inventory and COGS reporting including landed cost and freight allocations
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to produce accurate timely financial statements
Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial analysis to guide business decisions
Maintain and enhance internal controls accounting policies and procedures
Partner with external CPA tax advisors and lenders to ensure compliance and accurate reporting
Generate management reports on profitability margins and key performance indicators
Administer financial processes within NetSuite ERP to ensure data integrity and efficiency
Support tax filings insurance renewals and other compliance requirements
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
