Compensation: $70000 - $100000 (Base Salary Performance Bonuses)

Role Overview

The Assistant Service Manager / Senior Service Advisor supports the Service Manager in day-to-day operations customer experience sales performance and team execution. This role is ideal for a proven Service Advisor or leader ready to step into management with clear metrics and upside.

Compensation Structure

4% of Labor Gross
2% of Parts Gross
1.5% of Total Gross for maintaining a Google CSI of 4.7 or higher
1.0% of Total Gross for achieving 50% or better close ratio
