Our client is a leading automotive cooperation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Partner with senior management to support enterprise risk assessments and the development of annual audit and compliance plans including risk-based approaches and departmental reporting requirements.
Oversee coordinate and manage all after-sales service operations within the assigned territory to ensure high service efficiency consistent quality standards and superior customer experience.
Supervise and align aftersales activities across regions and dealer networks driving operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Lead and monitor the execution of corrective action programs service campaigns recalls and other aftersales initiatives in accordance with company standards.
Provide support for the establishment and operational readiness of new service workshop locations.
Address and resolve complex operational issues that exceed dealer-level authority working closely with internal departments to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Coordinate the investigation and resolution of customer concerns related to service and repair quality ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.
Oversee dealership spare parts operations including inventory management logistics coordination and optimization of parts availability and utilization.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in Engineering Mechanical Engineering Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
At least four years of practical experience in after-sales service operations warranty management or repair activities within the automotive or mechanical sectors.
Prior exposure to working with dealer networks or service partners is considered a strong advantage.
Demonstrates a proactive mindset strong sense of ownership and readiness to travel as required for business needs.
