Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Houston TX. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives setting sales goals developing sales strategies and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales goals
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
