Key responsibilities include rapid patient assessment triage and prioritization initiating IV therapy and medications monitoring vital signs running crash cart interventions as needed collaborating with physicians and allied health staff and documenting care with precision. You will have opportunities for professional growth within emergency nursingadvancing to charge nurse responsibilities pursuing certifications or specializing in trauma pediatrics or critical care tracks.
