Position Responsibilities Luxury Marine Sales
- Sell new and pre-ownedboats sterndrive outboard wake jet and pontoon boat brands
- Serve as a trusted marine advisor guiding clients through the full purchase process
- Deliver a polished luxury-level customer experience from first contact to delivery
- Build long-term relationships with boat owners and boating families
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our brands and the marine industry
- Manage leads follow-up and customer communications through the full sales cycle
- Ensure showroom docks and on-water inventory reflect premium presentation standards
- Participate in boat shows private client events and on-water demonstrations
- Represent River Valley Marine with professionalism discretion and refined communication
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience inboat sales yacht sales marine retail or luxury product salesstrongly preferred
- Deep understanding of boats boating systems and the boating lifestyle isintegral to success in this role
- Strong closing ability with a consultative relationship-focused sales approach
- Comfortable engaging high-net-worth clients with confidence and professionalism
- Familiarity with LightSpeed or LightSpeedEVO is beneficial
- Disciplined motivated and committed to exceptional service standards
Candidates with direct marine industry experience will be given strong consideration.
Schedule
- MondayFriday: 9:00 a.m.6:00 p.m.
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 a.m.3:00 p.m.
- A weekday off is provided when scheduled to work Saturday
