Project Leader SW Development
Workplace: 418 32 GothenburgWhat to expect:
- Operate and facilitate Operational Excellence meetings enabling qualityfocused discussions and ensuring alignment with unitwide quality goals.
- Further develop ConX Ways of Working (WoW) and drive key improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Promote effective collaboration across teams to support successful and timely delivery.
- Lead project management activities for tool chain migration in R&D IS/IT including scoping planning progress coordination and status reporting.
- Ensure that migration activities support efficient scalable and highquality software development workflows.
What you bring along:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and/or IS/IT systems deployment.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering IT/Data Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Preferably experience with software architecture modelling work.
- Extensive experience in inhouse product development.
- Strong background in software development processes including quality assurance for both inhouse and thirdparty software.
- Proven track record in largescale development programs involving software hardware and mechatronics.
- Skilled at engaging and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Solid experience in project management with the ability to drive clarity and structure.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to establish trust quickly.
- Confident and effective communicator and presenter.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies telematics mobile applications and embedded development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full inhouse software development lifecycle from concept to deployment including quality assurance.
- Advanced English skills
