We are looking for a Hardware Project Manager to lead crossfunctional product development projects from early discovery through mass this role you will play a key part in delivering innovative assistive communication products that make a real difference for people with complex communication needs.
You will work closely with engineering product management industrial design quality sourcing and manufacturing partners to ensure projects are executed in a structured transparent and userfocused way. This is a handson technical project management role with a strong focus on hardware electronics and medical device requirements.
In this role you will for example:
- Own project planning and execution including scope timelines budgets and backlogs
- Structure work across disciplines manage dependencies and align stakeholders on priorities
- Identify and manage risks issues and decisions to keep projects on track
- Collaborate closely with engineering QA/RA product management sourcing suppliers and manufacturing
- Support short and longterm planning and coach teams on project management best practices
We are looking for someone that has:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware product development project management
- Experience working in a medical device or regulated MedTech environment including standards such as ISO 13485 ISO 60601 and ISO 14971
- Strong understanding of hardware development processes dependencies and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience using project tracking and planning tools such as Smartsheet or similar
- PMP Scrum or other project management certifications are a plus
- Experience with AAC products or similar regulated products is a strong advantage

Practical information:
The role is primarily officebased with flexibility to work from home when needed. Some international travelling may be required.
