Job Summary
Angott Search Group has partnered with a leading global finance firm to recruit a Finance Relationship Manager. This client-facing role manages a portfolio of asset-based lending relationships serving as the primary point of contact while ensuring strong financial performance collateral oversight and risk management. This position is ideal for a relationship-driven ABL professional who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of asset-based lending clients
Act as the primary client contact for account management issue resolution and facility negotiations
Monitor financial performance collateral (A/R and inventory) and covenant compliance
Prepare and present credit committee review materials with clear analysis and recommendations
Conduct portfolio reviews identify early warning signals and lead remediation efforts when needed
Partner with internal credit risk legal and operations teams to ensure compliance and execution
Mentor junior analysts
Qualifications
3 years of hands-on asset-based lending experience
Strong background in collateral monitoring financial analysis and covenant compliance
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships while balancing risk considerations
Collaborative solutions-oriented approach across cross-functional teams
