As a MICU RN on this assignment youll monitor critically ill adults and perform comprehensive neuro hemodynamic and respiratory assessments. Youll manage ventilated patients collaborate with intensivists and bedside teams titrate vasoactive infusions interpret labs and respond to rapid changes with calm leadership. Youll document coordinate and communicate with families during challenging moments ensuring clarity and compassion. With an emphasis on safe documentation infection prevention and patient advocacy youll develop your expertise in complex support modalities and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. The role includes a competitive compensation package with a weekly pay range of $2221 to $2298 based on experience and assignment specifics and a guaranteed 36 hours per week. An initial 13-week rotation may be offered with extension opportunities to align with staffing needs and your career goals.
