A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Mid- to senior-level attorney (Associate or Senior Counsel) to join theirBusiness Law team.This flexible position offers options for full-time or part-time schedules remote work and both partner-track and non-partner-track pathways.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will specialize in business and commercial law focusing on drafting reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts and supply agreements. This role requires an attorney with strong analytical organizational and communication skills who can manage intricate legal matters with precision and attention to detail.

You will collaborate with attorneys and business professionals across multiple markets supporting a wide range of clients in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. Prior in-house counsel experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business or commercial law
• Strong experience drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex legal matters independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative mindset able to work across offices and teams
• Prior in-house counsel experience preferred but not mandatory
