Job Summary

The Client Services Coordinator is a service-driven professional responsible for managing House Account clients fielding inbound leads facilitating client transitions and refining internal service workflows. This role is instrumental in supporting firmwide retention and ensuring seamless experience for both clients and advisors.

Job Description

Location: 550 Pharr Road NW Suite 400 Atlanta GA 30345

Compensation: $25/hour

As we expand our service we are seeking a highly organized and personable Client Services Coordinator to serve as the central hub for House Account management inbound prospect intake and advisor-client transitions.

Responsibilities:

House Account Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for House Account clients conducting regular service meetings and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain through CRM documentation and coordinate with licensed advisors for any planning or product needs

Inbound Prospect and Call Management

  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries screen prospects and gather intake information
  • Assign qualified leads to appropriate advisors and track lead source and status for reporting

Advisor Transitions & Client Reassignments

  • Assist with reassigning clients when advisors exit ensuring a smooth transition or conversion to House Accounts
  • Communicate with clients throughout the process to maintain continuity and trust

Operational support & Process Development

  • Build and refine workflows for client servicing intake and reassignment processes.
  • Document procedures and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and scalability
