- Review and analyze member posts to initiate appropriate cases.
- Perform accurate data entry and processing tasks.
- Update system records including member and beneficiary information.
- Generate quotations perform calculations and prepare correspondence for scheme members.
- Identify opportunities to improve client/member service and escalate suggestions to the Team Leader.
- Demonstrate and uphold the firms core values in all activities.
- Monitor personal workflow to ensure service levels are met in terms of quality efficiency and timeliness.

- Deliver efficient and professional service to meet client/member needs and uphold the Willis Towers Watson brand.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients pension schemes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with UK counterparts.
- Serve as a point of reference for standard automated cases.
Financial
- Complete timesheets accurately and on time.
- Achieve defined billable hour targets.
- Work within the prescribed budget for each project.
Qualifications- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
