How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Responsável por operacionalizar todo o ciclo de participação da empresa em certames públicos garantindo a conformidade documental o cumprimento de prazos.

• Realizar a prospecção (busca) leitura e análise crítica de editais identificando riscos exigências técnicas e viabilidade de participação.

• Conduzir o processo licitatório desde a captação da oportunidade até a homologação incluindo a preparação de propostas cadastramento em portais eletrônicos e análise de documentos

• Gerenciar o upload de documentos em nosso sistemas internos de gestão (ERP).

• Redigir pedidos de esclarecimento e outras peças em geral.

Elaborar relatórios de desempenho e planilhas de controle garantindo o fluxo de informações entre o departamento de licitações e demais áreas da organização.

• Requisitos Técnicos:

• Domínio de Plataformas: Experiência avançada no manuseio de portais como (antigo Comprasnet) Licitações-e (BB) Portal de Compras Públicas BLL BNC BBMNETentre outros.

Conhecimento Normativo: Familiaridade com a Lei 14.133/21 (Nova Lei de Licitações) e remanescentes da Lei 8.666/93 e Lei 10.520/02 e Anvisa.

Formação: Preferencialmente Direito.
