Key Responsibilities:

Omnichannel Engagement Strategy &Campaign Development & Monitoring

  • Proactively contribute to the development of theBUomnichannel engagement strategyin partnership with the BU

  • Lead the enhancement of customerexperiencesbyworking as a valued partner toexpertly plan execute andmeasureomnichannel campaignsby partneringwith designatedBU& focus brandsusingappropriatetools(eg.CDPSFMC etc.)andseamlessly connecting channels to create a holistic customer experience.

  • Utilize data insights to inform and tailor omnichannel engagement strategies& execution ensuring that content and channel interactions resonate with target audienceHCPs.

  • Implement near real-time measurement techniques (via dashboards and reports) to assess campaign performance acrosschannels&working with Marketing toprovideactionable recommendations for execution excellence.

Data Informed Decision MakingMeasurement & Optimization

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders toidentifyandleverageopportunities for omnichannel engagement that align withDAbusinessobjectivesthrough data-driven insightsutilizingexisting Primary research data Pathfinder and AnGen.

  • Facilitate cross-functional analysis ofengagement datacampaign metrics summarizing key findings and sharing insights with stakeholders to inform future campaign planning and overall omnichannelengagementstrategy.

  • Improve &Identifyopportunities to develop actionable dashboards for automated monitoring of engagement metricsby enhancing current DApromoting transparency and clarity in campaign performance.

  • Foster a culture of testing and innovation by developing and executing robust A/B testing strategieswith CDP/SFMCtooptimizecampaigns for maximum impact.

Omnichannel Capability Development

  • Leverage a wide array of digital platforms (both owned and third-party) to create seamless online and offline customer experiences.

  • Represent Japan proactively in implementing relevant APAC Omnichannel capabilities that drivevalue for the Japanese organization.

  • Collaborate effectively across functions to implement key initiatives aimed at building Johnson & JohnsonInnovative Medicinesomnichannel capabilities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major initiativesfor core DA ensuring understanding alignment and buy-in for omnichannel efforts.

  • Championinternal & externalbest practiceswithin the organization actively engaging in the omnichannel community and contributing to thedevelopmentomnichannel capabilitiesthrough CX community& other engagements.

Facilitation of Core Omnichannel Processes & Innovation

  • Play a critical role in shaping and developing capabilities that enhance omnichannel engagementthrough close collaborationacross functions

  • Support the successful implementation of core processes includingContentplanning &productionTagging andCampaign planning execution & measurementthrough effective cross-functional collaboration and advocacy.

  • Identifyopportunities for optimization and automation of key processes to improve efficiency personalization and engagement.

  • Understandcore DAbusiness needs to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and platforms.

  • Championinnovative solutions through collaboration with key stakeholders including Marketing IT Business Intelligence Data Science and Customer Experience teams.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3yearsexperiencein omnichannel marketing campaign management or related fields.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability toleveragedata insights to inform strategy and engage customers effectively.

  • Excellent project management capabilities and experience working cross-functionally.

  • Generalknowledge ofdigital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Exemplarycommunication&experience with change management

  • StrongJapanese &Englishproficiency(Business level)
