Job Summary

The role involves handling customer inquiries (via phone or email) regarding products managed by our client a major Japanese IT company. Some training will be provided. Therefore prior IT experience is not required if the candidate has sufficient call center experience.


Working Hours: 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM 11:00 PM (currently 9:00 AM 6:00 PM JST)


Language Requirements:

Fluent Japanese is mandatory.

Basic English (reading/speaking) is a plus but not required.


Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center operations (industry not specified)
  • Team leadership experience in a call center for at least 1 year is a plus (formal supervisor title not required team coordination experience is acceptable)
  • Holding the IT Passport (IP) certification is preferred
  • Any technical support experience with IT products is a plus
  • Must be comfortable using PCs with experience in Outlook and Excel
