The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day we rise to the challenge to make a difference and heres how the Marketing & Event Assistant role will make an impact:
Lead the management of Internal Meetings
Lead the management of international congresses for Healthcare Professionals
Event Management planning / research locations & costs attendee management invite management etc.
Arrange the purchase of company / team merchandise
Legal Contract Management (LCM) Lead
Healthcare Interaction Lead (HIPPO system)
Event Management System Lead (CVENT)
Management of cost and spend tracking for all activities
Supplier relations management (Hotels vendors etc.)
Account Management including vendor set up raising purchase orders invoicing and other finance related tasks
Support for Marketing Lead as required
Support with Key Account Management requests as required
Opening Purchase Orders and payments.
Support marketing with budget tracker updates
Support the team with calendar management
Prepare meeting agenda minutes arrange meeting logistics & responsible for meeting supplier management
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role were looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications skills and experiences:
Relevant meeting and events experience
Highly organised with strong business acumen
Familiar with event planning & logging systems e.g. CVENT
Familiar with financial systems / raising POs vendor set ups etc.
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong excel skills for tracking and budget management purposes
Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
