The following 12-month administrative position is available immediately:

Athletic Director

Radnor High School

Radnor Township School District seeks a dynamic and experienced Athletic Director to lead and manage all aspects of our high schools interscholastic athletic programs. The successful candidate will promote a culture of sportsmanship student growth safety equity and community pride while ensuring compliance with PIAA PDE Title IX and district regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education Sports Management Administration or related field.
• Experience in coaching and/or athletic administration.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of PIAA regulations and Pennsylvania school procedures.
• Experience within Pennsylvania public schools.
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Demonstrated success managing budgets and multi-sport programs.
• Masters Degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all athletic programs events and operations at the high school level.
• Ensure compliance with PIAA rules PDE requirements Title IX and district policies.
• Develop athletic schedules coordinate officials manage transportation and supervise games/events.
• Recruit hire supervise and evaluate coaches and athletic support staff.
• Monitor academic and physical eligibility of student-athletes.
• Manage the athletic department budget and oversee equipment purchasing and inventory.
• Coordinate facility scheduling and ensure safe well-maintained athletic spaces.
• Serve as the primary liaison among coaches students families administrators and community partners.
• Promote positive communication and public relations through district-approved platforms.
• Attend evening weekend and post-season events as required.
• Represent Radnor Township School District at Central League and District One meeting
• Coordinate the rental and use of school facilities
• Assume other responsibilities as designated by the Principal or Superintendent

Required Experience:

Director
