The Art Director is required to inspire fellow team members in striving for creative excellence innovation and place great ideas into implementation for the clients in the APAC/China. He/she will have shopper marketing bringing online/offline experience into store design experience able to develop executable innovation in the retail/visual merchandising and structure design experience.

1ãCreate & deliver memorable and inspiring creative solutions for the Client Brand and retailing for their products.
2ãLeads the implementation of design thinking and strategic visual communication integrated into the brand building and marketing campaigns. These campaigns can have online to offline brand and retail experience.
3ãUnderstands role of design and visual communications in supporting business results and develop objectives to track and measure impact of creative campaigns and retail innovations in a 3D environment.
4ã Create impactful presentation decks toolkits and present confidently to internal and external partners
5ã Maintain key relationships with client and proactively grow creative portfolio with the Account Management team led and guided by the Creative Director.
6ãTracking and approving completed art files with the production team
7ãResponsible for establishing the concept and design direction and manage the entire creative process to deliver creative excellence and quality output with the Creative Team
8ãWorking with the creative team to adjust project goals and design revisions on the fly as necessary to adapt to changing situations to meet established schedules
9ã Identifying potential problems in the creative pipeline and working with the Creative Team to prevent them
10ã Supporting the Creative Team to keep studio executive staff studio manager and/or account staff up to speed on project status
Requirementsï¼
1ãAdvertising Communications Retail Design degree is an advantage. Other creative disciplines will be considered.
2ã6 to 9 years of relevant experience with an integrated portfolio. Background in branding packaging design retail design omnichannel art direction digital execution and production with high level of technical craftsmanship ispreferred. Be familiar with the store set up design development to bring experience to life in a physical environment.
3ãFluent written and spoken English proficiency in either Mandarin Korean or Japanese is preferred.
4ãAble to work independently from brief to production Good communication and presentation skills.
5ãTeam player and collaborative mentoring and provide guidance to junior designers Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at a time with the Creative Team Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and to lead and nurture juniors.
6ãSelf-motivated disciplined positive cheerful driven strategic-minded and a great team player.
7ãInterior Design Architectural Product and Industrial design degree is an advantage. Other creative disciplines will be considered.
8ãExpert level within the Adobe CS package (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Acrobat Autocad Sketch Up Maya Adobe Dimensions. Knowledge of other software After Effects and Animate CC would be an advantage.
